•  Uni-front Construction: Sama utilizes laser or hydraulic press cutting, depending on frame shape, to create pure titanium and beta titanium one-piece fronts.

•  Casting: Sama uses a variety of metal materials, including technically difficult pure titanium, and sophisticated casting techniques to produce seamless, jewelry grade frame components.

•  3D Designs: Sama utilizes advanced CAD (Computer Aided Design) systems and state-of-the-art CAM (Computer Aided Machining) laser cutting to create sophisticated three dimensional frames in a variety of metals including pure titanium and beta titanium.

•  Flat-Sheet Beta Titanium Construction: Sama uses only laser cutting to make flat-sheet frames and frame components.  Laser cutting is the best method because it creates parts free of sharp edges and deformations that typically occur when press cutting flat-sheet frames and components.

•  Cut Rim Construction: Sama employs
lasers to insure production consistency and to create perfectly shaped rims that maintain their form.

•  100% Pure Titanium: Sama frequently utilizes 100% Pure Titanium because it is stronger than steel, lighter than aluminum and hypo-allergenic.
